Please read our terms and conditions below before using our app to find establishments. When you use the app, you accept the general terms and conditions.
1.1 These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply between You as a Customer (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer", “the customer”, "You and/or "you") when using the app to locate establishments via Leafi’s downloadable mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "Leafi", "We" , “we”, "Us", “us”, and/or "app")
2.1 You agree to not reverse engineer, translate, disassemble, integrate, decompile, remove, modify, combine, create derivative works or updates of, adapt, or attempt to derive the source code of Leafi, or any part thereof (except with Leafi’s prior written consent)
2.2 Violations of the obligations mentioned above, as well as the attempt of such, may be subject to prosecution and damages
2.3 Leafi reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of licensing
2.4 Nothing in the Terms should be interpreted to restrict 3rd party terms. When using Leafi, You must ensure that You comply with applicable 3rd party terms.
3.1 You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to confirm and determine that end user device on which you intent to use the licensed application satisfies technical specifications
3.2 You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to confirm and determine that the app is safe to download without any damage to the end user device
4.1 Leafi and the end user agree that Leafi has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the app
5.1 Leafi is not liable for direct or indirect damages caused by the use of information from the app including but not limited to; a. Violation of any dietary or religious restriction b. Harm caused by any establishment listed on Leafi
5.2 Leafi takes no responsibility and accountability of any data uploaded onto the app including but not limited to; c. Incorrect or mislabeled attributes d. Wrong contact information such as; i. Address ii. Email iii. Phone Number iv. Website e. Obscene photos
6.1 The licence is valid until terminated by Leafi or by you. Your rights under this licence will terminate automatically without any notice from Leafi if you fail to adhere to any terms(s) of this licence. Upon licence termination, you shall stop all use of the Licensed application, and destroy copies, full or partial of the licensed application.
7.1 If there is a dispute between Leafi and the Customer, the parties shall in the first instance try to resolve the dispute by agreement. If the parties cannot agree, the dispute can be decided by a general court in Singapore.
7.2 By accepting the Terms, You certify there are no obstacles to You accepting these Terms. An approval means that You agree to comply with the Terms when using the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that the information You provide when registering is correct and up-to-date and that Your information is kept up to date when necessary. Your login information and other customer information must be kept strictly confidential and must not be disseminated. You are responsible for ensuring that Your login information is stored carefully and does not spread further.
